Portals User Invite Expired

Hi @Martin

I invited a user to be the “manager” for one of my portals dashboard. His invitation expired as seen in image 1.

I tried sending another invite, but portals is giving me error stating that user is already invited and is awaiting authentication as seen in image 2. Can you kindly help me with this?

Hi @Vijay,

You should be able to resend a new invitation key to your manager through the /admin/moderate page of your Portals subdomain. A fresh key with a fresh expiry should be sent to your user.
