If you are running into an unexpected error or you have a question regarding something that may not yet be covered by a forum post here and would like to reach out for help, here’s how you can submit a support ticket to have the Exosite support team assist you.
There are two ways to submit a support ticket. One way is by going to https://support.exosite.com and submitting a request through there. You can also search additional support documentation on that page and may be able to find relevant documentation to help assist you. When submitting a support request, please include as much information as you can, including screenshots or error logs, so that the support team can dive into the question right away.
Another way to submit a ticket is simply by emailing email@example.com. This will automatically generate a ticket in our support center for our support team to work on. Any responses to the ticket in the support center will be emailed back to the person who submitted the ticket.
