To subscribe to email alerts:
- Click on your username in the bottom left of your ExoSense instance.
- Select “My Account”.
- Select “Notifications” at the top.
- Under the “Email” section, this is where you can select what alerts you want to receive (i.e. Info, Warning, Critical, etc.).
- Under the “Subscriptions” section is where you select which Asset(s) you wan to subscribe to.
Subscriptions to an Asset will alert you via email for any rules you have set up on the selected Asset(s). For instance, if you have a threshold rule set up with both Warning and Critical thresholds selected, you will receive email alerts any time that these thresholds are reached as long as you are subscribed to that Asset with the Warning and Critical levels selected.
